- The curator is passionate about the visual arts. Areas of research, expertise and interest include: European modernism - Art, Photography, Film and Architecture, in particular Italian Futurism, Surrealism, Abstraction and Italian Concrete and Visual Poetry of the 1960s and 1970s; Asian art including Japanese ukiyo-e and contemporary Chinese painting; Australian modernism, particularly women artists; Australian and international contemporary art; Film Studies and Museology
